LAST Guide · Kegels
Male Kegels can help, but they are not just about squeezing harder. Control requires clean technique, release, breathing and transfer into arousal.
Kegels train part of the pelvic floor. LAST uses them alongside reverse Kegels, breathing and stop-start so strength does not become excess tension.
Find the correct muscles without clenching abs, glutes or thighs.
Hold controlled contractions without holding your breath.
Release fully after each contraction so baseline tension does not rise.
Use the skill under arousal, not only while lying down.
Doing Kegels alone can be too narrow. Some men need strength; others need the ability to let go. Most need coordination.
LAST introduces Kegels as one part of a complete method: activation, relaxation, breathing, stop-start and weekly progression.
Good technique matters more than doing more reps.
Abs, glutes and thighs should not take over the movement.
Relaxation is part of control.
More volume can create fatigue or tension.
Training needs to move toward real arousal and timing.
Clear answers without miracle claims.

For many men, yes. Release and coordination are essential parts of control.
